We focus is on eating nutrient dense foods that provide your body with the highest levels of nutritional value and supplementing one’s diet with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids, when necessary.

Your initial visit includes a detailed review of your health history and diet, discussion of any lab work you may have results from (allergy testing, deficiencies etc) and a general overview of your lifestlye. Folllowing this consultation, you will work with your consultant to develop a comprehensive wellness plan tailored to suit your needs.

Your wellness plan may include any number of the following:

- laboratory testing and interpretation
- nutritional counseling
- food preparation advice
- nutrient dense recipes
- vitamins/mineral supplementation
- herbs / homeopathy recommendations
- natural hormone therapy
- detoxification (pre-pregnancy)
- counseling
